The Cast iron pan is heavy duty and weighs a very solid 3.2kg. The unique shaped pan with 10 sides makes pouring oils and liquids a breeze, the straight edges also create a larger surface area for cooking. A benefit of using cast iron for cooking is the heat is evenly distributed, we recommend that our Cast iron pan is used for outdoor cooking. It performs superbly on the BBQ, firepit or camp fire.
The Cast iron frying pan can be used indoors on your electric and gas hob, you can even pop it into the oven.
Make sure you season the pan before first use to ensure longevity and easier cleaning.
